Good Morning. I have requested in the past that the sea grapes on our south east border  be removed or lowered.  It has not been addressed in several years and now it is blocking the ocean views and pumphouse from the apartments facing south. This is the same stand of vegetation that a homeless person had taken up residency this past year. Please take some time to look into this problem.
